Structural Services, Inc. was founded in the fall of 2004 by Timothy L. Gettelfinger. The firm has enjoyed steady growth from modest beginnings by focusing on core technical abilities and experience combined with an honest approach toward their clients. Mr. Gettelfinger has over 25 years of professional design experience in all aspects of structural engineering. This experience enables us to consistently develop successful projects by having a clear understanding of project requirements and constraints combined with our ability to work well with other disciplines. This allows for the evolution of efficient and innovative designs while meeting established schedules and goals.

We have been able to build on past successes to maintain a growing list of repeat clients. SSI currently works for several established architectural firms in Louisville in addition to other building owners and industrial clients. Our Professional engineering staff consists of Timothy L. Gettelfinger and Nicholas D. Carter plus one support staff member. Professional Registration is maintained in the States of Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Virginia and Ohio with Structural Engineering licenses in Kentucky and Illinois.
